My sessions focus on helping you find ease in movement, connecting movement with breath, and guiding you to find what's available to your body in any given moment for happy, healthy joints. I believe this approach is the key to healthy longevity. The parallels between the Pilates journey and life's path continually surprise me!

Why do you love Pilates?

Pilates transformed my body and LIFE! It's not just exercise...

Why did you start?
